Collection: John Baldwin
Trained at Central St Martins, John graduated in Critical Fine art Practice in 2000. He has exhibited in various group shows with photography, painting and drawing. John’s work is concerned with the formation and transience of nature, rock as liquid, mountains folding, the strata and sub-strata of time, reminding us that its permanence is an illusion.
“I like to see beyond the surface beauty of landscapes to raise questions about shifting patterns and fragility”. These works are from a series called The Connected Planet.
